Meet Corina

Corina Fitch is a midwife of mothers, a mother of daughters, and a Registered Nurse with 30 years of experience in maternal and newborn care. An international speaker, podcaster, author, and mother of three, she guides women to move from overwhelm and depletion into vitality, purpose, and thriving.

Corina has witnessed the universal struggle mothers face in balancing caregiving, self-care, and a deeper call to contribute. Her own humbling postpartum journey in 2007 marked the beginning of a transformational path—one that led her from midwifing births to midwifing the evolution of mothers themselves.

Corina is also a Certified Feminine Power Facilitator (Evolving Wisdom) and a  Motherhood Studies Practitioner (Dr. Sophie Brock). She blends clinical expertise with transformational tools to help mothers reclaim their power, purpose, and radiance.

In 2014, she founded MotherFly, an organization dedicated to birthing a new kind of Motherculture—one that honors both the sacred role of parenting and a woman’s longing for growth and impact. Through MotherFly, Corina offers programs that support, inspire, and empower mothers to rise fully—at home and in the world.

Nobody talks about what motherhood can do to a woman’s identity.

Not just physically…
But emotionally, spiritually, relationally.

After decades as a midwife helping women through birth, I found myself silently drowning after becoming a mother again in my 40s.

This interview is one of the most honest conversations I’ve had about maternal burnout, matrescence, nervous system overwhelm, and reclaiming yourself inside motherhood.

If you’ve ever felt lost, exhausted, numb, or like you disappeared inside caregiving… this is for you.
